Apply to Waldorf High School

We welcome students to apply at any time throughout the year through our rolling admissions process. We also welcome mid-year applications for the current school year.

Our priority deadline for applications for 2022-23 is February 1st, 2022. Applications received after this deadline will be considered on a rolling basis if space is available.

If you are considering applying, we would love to get to know you! Please call 617-489-6600 or submit an inquiry form to get in touch with our admissions team.

Application Process

We aim to make our application process as streamlined and stress-free as possible.  Here is how the process looks step-by-step:

  1. Submit an inquiry form to let us know you are interested.

  2. If you like, arrange a socially-distanced tour of the school to learn more about us.

  3. Fill out and submit the application form online or on paper.

  4. Contact three adults who will submit recommendations on the student's behalf: a math teacher, an English teacher, and a school administrator (principal, head of school, guidance counselor, or homeschool coordinator). You can provide their emails on the application form so we can send them a link to an online evaluation form, or you can give them a paper form which they will mail to us.

  5. Submit a Transcript Release form either online or on paper to all current/recent schools for past three years of school work. Homeschooled students should instead submit an overview of homeschool curriculum on their application.

  6. Arrange for the student to have a video meeting with a current faculty member.

  7. Arrange a parent/guardian video meeting with the Director of School.

  8. Consider applying to our Tailored Tuition program which customizes tuition to be affordable for all families.
